Work with functional areas (engineering, quality, planning and financial team) to implement and document action plan to meet productivity metric goals. - Work with IS department to automate productivity metric reports. - Have a Lean manufacturing thinking by eliminating sources of waste and continuously looking for ways to improve the organization. - Comply with the procedures defined in the Quality System, Company Policies and Mexican Labor Law. - Following up on the metrics establish by the company (Productivity Metrics) - Supervise hiring, training and performance monitoring of General Production Supervisors. - Meet production schedule within Efficiency and yields Goals interfacing with support departments. - Responsible for keep the security and house-keeping in the Production Areas. - Responsible for the identification, traceability and status of the materials (raw material and Finished Product). - Elaboration of reports requested by Man...
