Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

2nd Shift Hours are 3pm-11pm, however Supervisors may be asked to stay over or come in earlier Summary: Production Supervisor manages all equipment, materials and human resources ensuring optimum performance. Leads entire shift’s staff in the application of all procedures and work instructions ensuring maximum output in the categories of Safety, Quality, Production, Housekeeping and Conduct. Essential Functions:

Monitor all production equipment for maximum performance.

Monitor all personnel for performance and adherence to procedure.

Oversee all on the job training.

Enforcement of Production standards.

Enforcement of Quality standards.

Enforcement of Material handling standards.

Enforcement of Housekeeping standards.

Ensure proper and timely application of all process improvements.

Record and enter labor, scrap, and finished parts to maintain inventory.
