- This position supervises a team of support and/or production level of hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations. - The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives. - Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility. - Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives. - Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing. - Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
