Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate overall daily activities in the Production Area which includes employees, material and auxiliary equipment. Assure effective utilization of employees, material and equipment through administrative, employee relations, training, safety, and excellent verbal and written communication techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Responsible for working safely and modeling safe work practices and enforcing safety rules.

2. Install good safety and housekeeping habits in your employees.

3. Regularly inspect the areas in your responsibility for safety hazards.

4. Take immediate action in the event of safety hazards.

5. Ensure that employees complete necessary paperwork according to safety and health procedures and policies for employees in your plant.

6. Develop a strong commitment to the idea of continuous improvements and Total Productivity (TP).
