Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

The Production Supervisor oversees the production team, with up to 20 direct reports, and develops a team that provides quality products for our customers. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced leader with safety as a top priority, versed in coaching and developing employees. Additionally, this position requires an eye for process efficiencies and continuous improvement and the ability to collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies.
