Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor at our facility in Humacao, PR site working on the 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 6 a.m.). In this position, you will be a key part of the Lutron SM Manufacturing team. A successful Production Supervisor will be interested in manufacturing, technology, have a high standard of performance and quality, and enjoy leading teams. Production Supervisors are responsible for the daily performance of the production team and the development of team members.
