Job Description

The 3rd Shift Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing nightly production operations, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards, schedules are adhered to, and team development is effectively supported.

Key responsibilities

  • Efficiently execute production schedules in coordination with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams.

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with site engineers.

  • Lead and train a production team of 15–35 direct reports, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP/SQF, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, CI, 5S, and KPI tracking methodologies.
