TITLE: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: ARVIN, CA

COMPENSATION: $64,480 - $75,000 / YEAR

PURPOSE:

Responsible for supervision of third shift Food Service Production/Snack Plant.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Instruct, direct, and motivate production workforce as necessary.
  • Will be responsible for overall plant efficiency.
  • Must be proactive and ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning properly on the production line.
  • Must be proactive by creating solutions for possible issues and opportunities.
  • Effectively/Promptly report all malfunctions requiring maintenance to the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance supervisor on duty.
  • Schedule production personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate all personnel issues, including payroll status changes, with the facility Production Manager.
