Support onboarding and integration of new hires
Promote employee engagement and team effectiveness
Conduct annual performance evaluations
Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records
Manufacturing
Monitor and control raw material usage in accordance with specifications to prevent production variations
Organize, prioritize, and monitor tasks to meet production goals
Ensure continuous flow of raw materials and resources
Report production issues, defects, and non-conformities to the Production Manager
