Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop team leaders and operators to achieve required skills and capabilities. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Communicating job expectations: planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Supports hiring and training of manufacturing operators, resolve employee issues, prepares improvement and development plan for the team lead and operators
• Take the lead in solving operational issues and resolve permanently. Drive improvement projects (through Kaizen) to further improve operations capabilities. Formulate alternative cost saving strategies, and manage production budgets. Monitors, maintain, controls ordering, and physical inventory of all consumables, supplies, and spare parts
