Production Supervisor

Education & Professional Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , or closely related field.
• BOSH certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Exposure to ISO 9000:1994 awareness training in industrial/medical gas refilling operations.
• Deep knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations , especially in a high-volume environment such as FMCG.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations with large-scale teams.
• Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, and performance reporting.
