Experience Required: 36 years.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production

Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the production floor in an

electronics manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production,

quality standards, and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage shop floor activities, ensuring efficient production of

electronic assemblies or products.

Allocate manpower and resources based on daily production plans and

priorities.

Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety

protocols.

Monitor process parameters and handle troubleshooting during production.

Ensure proper handling and usage of electronic components (ESD-sensitive

parts).

Coordinate with planning, quality control, and maintenance teams for smooth

workflow.

Maintain production records, reports, and downtime logs.

Train and guide operators and technicians on processes, work instructions, and

equipment handling.

Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement

initiatives (5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Ensure compliance with ISO, ESD, and other relevant manufacturing standards.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of electronics assembly processes (SMT, THT, testing,

inspection).

Ability to read and understand production drawings, circuit layouts, and work

instructions.

Familiarity with ESD-safe practices and handling of sensitive electronic

components.

Hands-on experience with production machinery and tools used in electronics

manufacturing.

Basic knowledge of quality control and root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, Pareto,

etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in contract manufacturing or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing

Services).

Exposure to IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) for assembly inspection.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ESD protection procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume production environment.

Work Environment:

Factory floor environment with frequent standing and equipment supervision.

May involve shift work and weekend production support.
