Minimum 1 year at least group leader for operations.

- Good technical skills.
Good technical skills managing Metal-Fabrication equipment (CNC’s, Benders, Presses)
- Team Player
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Bilingual 50%
- Hands on mentality
- OEE Understanding
- Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
- Knowledge of Metal Fabrication Processes.
**Section IV**: Main tasks and responsibilities
Participate at the different phases of new product development.
Rigorous execution in all the processes we have.
Leads continuous improvement by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
