- Proven Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing processes, line balancing.
- Safety awareness.
- Make and follow up a program for the different customer requirements.
- Core Tools Knowledge (PFMEA,PPAP, CONTROL PLAN).
- Process documentation Knowledge (QPS, VISUAL AIDS).
- Use of computer programs (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).
- Problem solver, decision maker.
- Experience on Customer, IATF, ISO 9000 audits.
- Turnover and absenteeism focus.
