Production Supervisor

Overview:
Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the production in time, quality level and quantity required. To this end, it coordinates the efforts of Group Leaders, Material Handlers and Production Operators. It works together with Quality and Manufacturing Engineers to increase productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on the internal work regulations and the industrial safety procedure, ensure that the personnel are not working under unsafe conditions.
- Support the staff in quality improvements, daily meetings and follow-ups of actions.
- Ensure that production operators use poka-yoke guidelines.
- Give adequate follow - up to the training programs.
- Promote the activities of 5S and make tours to verify that this discipline is maintained.
- Follow up on customer complaints about poor quality.
- Review compliance with the production schedule.
