Overview

Luxbee Enterprise Sdn Bhd, is seeking a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan and organize manpower to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
• Resolve daily operational issues to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in HR activities, including worker training, development, welfare, and discipline.
• Prepare and submit production reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Certificates in related field.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
