Production Supervisor (Dipping)

Able to lead a team of production operators, technician, line leaders and latex man, to achieve company objectives.

Must have hands‑on experience in process‑related industries (e.g. oil, fluid, or chemical processing).

Knowledge in process control, product quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill.

Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.

Systematic and positive problem‑solving approach.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Strive to support, encourage and achieve for better company objectives and KPIs.

To prepare daily production report to Management review.

Other assigned duties as required.
