Production Supervisor

We’re hiring Production Supervisors with strong heavy manufacturing / assembly experience to lead multi-skilled teams within a fast-growing global defence manufacturer supplying equipment to the British military. This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability for safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
You’ll lead teams of Welders, Fabricators, and / or Mechanical & Electrical Fitters, driving performance while embedding a strong continuous improvement culture.
