To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Production Supervisor located in Henrico, VAReporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor role involves directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of Switchgear production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.This Production Supervisor will work 2nd shift - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM EDT.What a typical day looks like:Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
