- General Functions:
- Supervise up to 60 direct personnel.
- Be leader for the BPS fundamental in his/her assembly line(s) or cell(s).
- Complete all established paperwork related to his/her assembly line(s) or cell(s), including
- administrative and transaction records.
- Comply with all the Company Policies and Procedures and secure that all personnel under his/her
- supervision also comply with this requirement.
- Secure that the Back-flush transaction and maintain the wip accuracy.
- Accomplish the established production schedule for quantity and timeframe.
- Secure that the product produced in his/her assembly line(s) or cell(s), comply with the established
- requirements indicated in a drawing, specification or any official document.
- Able to communicate and negotiate with people other than those in his/her assembly line(s) or cell(s).
