Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

•    Support Production Supervisor and act as supervisor fill-in when needed.
•    Assist in monitoring team performance to ensure adherence to standards, quality  
     expectations, and daily production plans.

•    Input, verify, and help analyze production  
     data across reporting systems to support decision-making and continuous 
     improvement.
