**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Jr.**
FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that the employee follows company procedures and complies with the policies and safety guidelines.
- Ensure the manufacture of products made under quality standards.
- Supervise that goals achievement by helping and guiding the employee.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area. 5S
- Comply with industrial safety rules and disciplinary rules.
- Supervise that the group leaders and staff are carrying out their activities.
- Verification of SH and reporting.
- Verifies attendance of the personnel under his charge and preparation of the payroll.
- Review of missing material and preparation of requisitions.
- Support the quality department to prevent and repair failures.
- Other Responsibilities determined by the Manager.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:
- Completed Professional Career, a plus.
- Experience in Similar Activities.
- PC Software Domain: Office Package
