Production Supervisor

Talascend is currently seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor for a contract role located in Kokomo, IN. This position will lead small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in driving safety, quality, and efficiency while leading team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily production activities and ensure targets are met in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Foster a safe working environment and enforce the use of all required safety tools and procedures.

Utilize C-Matrix and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles to analyze shift losses and drive improvements.

Manage quality performance through KPI analysis, issue prioritization, and coaching of Team Leaders.

Allocate personnel effectively and manage absenteeism, training, and team building.
