Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and workflow
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion
• Maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
• Report production performance to management
• Assist in process improvement and resource optimization

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
