Production Supervisor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plans and executes daily, weekly schedule manpower allocation and machine requirement to meet weekly output, lead time and OTD target using the planner weekly plan from generated pre‑production schedule.
2. Leads and organized Production group conducting developmental studies in the formulation of new operation rules and procedures to upgrade manufacturing efficiency, minimize production of defective parts and shorten manufacturing cycle time using the actual data provided by company system, as reference for the improvement.
3. Demonstrates integrity in its business dealings with people & organizations and should operate consistent to its corporate to his highest ethical standards to ensure that no one will commit unethical actions in the group.
