Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and arranges the shifting schedule of production workers and ensuring completeness of manpower
  • Supervises and coordinates production activities
  • Ensures an efficient performance of production workers according to established procedures, guidelines and standards of filling, packaging and quality control
  • Monitors the availability of raw and packaging materials for use of the incoming shift
  • Conducts on line inspection of process parameters
  • Develops, leads, trains production personnel to improve their productivity
  • Monitors the work attitude and performance of production personnel

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degreein Food Technology, BS Electrical Engineering and BS in Industrial Engineering
  • At least1 year of working experience in a Food Manufacturing company
  • With knowledge in ISO is an advantage
