Our Client, a Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Lansing, MI location.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a medium to large group of employees involved in plant production operations. Provide leadership for Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Work is generally of a technical nature with the ability to make decisions within the limits of general standards and practices. Some direct guidance received from supervisor. Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment. Promotes safe work environment with proper housekeeping standards and workplace organization. Conducts safety talks, job instruction training, ergonomic evaluations, and safety incident report & investigation.
