Job Description

Responsibilities:


1-Ensuring that all recipes are constantly updated and following the standardized recipes.

2- Ensuring that all staff is constantly trained to effect good portion control.

3- Ensuring and ordering sufficient stocks of raw materials needed for the production process and make sure they are being kept and stored under the correct conditions.

4- Working in coordination with the quality control department for the implementation of the food safety regulations & the packaging supervisor for orders updates.
5- Implementing weekly production plan for the team.

6- Ensuring that all hygiene requirements are diligently followed according to the HACCP.

7- Ensuring that maintenance problems are promptly reported. (Daily, Monthly and Preventive Maintenance Checklist)

8- Ensuring that all staff is dressed correctly to satisfy statutory requirements as well as enhancing the image of the establishment in accordance with the HACCP.

9- Managing the production plant to the highest standards of efficiency, quality control, and safety in accordance with HACCP.

10- Actively managing daily production in coordination with the direct manager.

11- Maximizing production output and minimizing wastage.

12- Respect and work under the ISO 22000 requirements

13- Commit to the company and standards conditions of safety health and hygiene and apply the work process
14- Do reports as requested

15- Monitor the production operations and trigger corrective actions

16- Oversee and check all daily production operations

17- Directly report and inform any deviation related to the food safety management system to the quality assurance manager to take the needed corrective action

18- Supervise, motivate, train and develop a team of production workers
19- Ensure production schedules are met and deadlines are adhered to.

20- Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies to the direct manager

21- Resolve production related issues and problem within your authorities


Working hours:

Monday till Friday from 6:30 am till 4:00 pm

Saturday from 6:30 am till 1:00 pm
