About the role

Join us as a Production Supervisor and you'll be a key part in the team responsible for producing the nation's much loved Greggs products. You'll have a passion for quality and will motivate and encourage the production team to ensure the best products are made while following the correct processes and procedures.You'll work with a great, close-knit team, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where timescales and targets are important. You'll be supervising the food production process, making sure that production tasks are completed to the highest standards in line with legal requirements. You will work with the Production Manager on operational planning for current production requirements, as well as future growth.
