Production Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Supervisor to oversee the flexible packaging operations in our new facility in Leiria, Portugal. This person will manage a small team of operators, ensure adherence to production plans, and maintain quality and efficiency across the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day sealing and assembly operations.
• Support and coach operators on quality standards and safe machine use.
• Monitor output, efficiency, and quality, addressing any deviations.
• Manage material flow, batch documentation, and basic inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with NL team to ensure that processes are consistent with the team there.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in production, packaging, or assembly supervision.
