**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and develop the crew on each shift and will be responsible for decision making regarding productivity and quality needs. In this role, you will be also training, developing, and implementing Autonomous Maintenance (AM) methodology to eliminate losses.
The position is based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
You must be able to rotate shifts
