What is the job about?

As a Production Supervisor at Grundfos, your main responsibilities include ensuring the production of pumps motors in the APU (Autonomous Production Unit). You will utilize your leadership skills to motivate and guide the APU team in achieving their targets. Effective communication with team members is crucial for optimal results. You will also administer direct labor while setting a positive example and maintaining team motivation. It is important to promote and ensure adherence to internal rules regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
