Production Supervisor (Molding)

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of subordinates in the manufacture of mould parts.
• Coordinate with Planner to resolve operational issues.
• Mould troubleshoot.
• Making and changing the necessary mould parts according to mould specifications.
• Proficient in apply job using of EDM, lathes, milling, drilling, grinding and polishing machines.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program continuously for all mold processing or machine tool processing.
• Provide technical training to improve the efficiency of subordinates.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in 2D and 3D.
