**Qualifications**:
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years' experience in Management of a fabrication facility working with raw materials.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
**Responsibilities**:
Management of people, machinery function and improvements for the processing of fresh sargassum in Puerto Morelos facility.
Solve problems on the fly while maintaining production capacity.
Maintain and improve upon current processing system, while maintaing production capacity.
Supervise installation and maintenance of new and existing machinery.
