Responsibilities:Supervising Production Teams: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations within the assigned area or shift in Nashik.Ensuring Production Targets: Monitor production output and ensure that production targets are met or exceeded while maintaining quality standards and adhering to production schedules.Maintaining Quality Standards: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards. Identify and address any quality issues promptly.Adhering to Safety Regulations: Enforce all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all production personnel. Conduct safety briefings and address any safety concerns.Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues and equipment malfunctions in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel.Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new and existing production workers and identify opportunities for skill development within the team.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of production team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.Maintaining Production Records: Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records, including output reports, quality checks, and any deviations from standard procedures.Implementing Process Improvements: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate clearly and effectively with production team m
