Job Summary

:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily production activities within a specific area or shift in our manufacturing facility in Shahada. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols, and leading a team of production operators to meet production targets. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment for the local workforce.Responsibilities:Supervise Production Team (Shahada Workforce): Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators within the assigned area or shift in the Shahada plant. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.Monitor Production Processes: Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conduct regular checks, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures. Report any quality issues and participate in implementing corrective actions.Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures within the production area, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members in the Shahada facility. Conduct safety briefings and address any potential hazards.Meet Production Targets: Monitor production output
