Job Description
The Production supervisor at CableMaster is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure productions schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This role leads and develops production employees, balances labor over multiple builds and changeovers, and ensures accurate documentation, materials, and equipment readiness. The Production Supervisor partners closely with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, support continuous improvement, and escalate operation risks as needed.
