Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as an Operator/Team Lead Operator performing the following: operate machine/equipment; lead the operators to meet the targets by taking part in the machine operations; ensure workflow in the operation is according to the production processes; assist in checking job performance of the operators.
• Act as a Supervisor Production/Preparation Supervisor in his absence maintaining smooth workflow in the operation by overseeing the production/preparation processes; supervise manpower by delegating tasks and monitoring the schedule to fulfill customer requirements and meet the targets; facilitate corrective measures to all malfunction machineries and equipment and collaborates the issues with concerned department; provide direction and oversee technical training on the proper use of equipment and monitor the compliance with equipment safety handling procedures; establish and communicate the job expectations and appraises the j...
