Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our plant in Pasco, WA. As a member of the Operations team, this person should possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the plant. Our plants create nutritious products 24/7, 365 days a year- availability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays is a must!
The Production Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory coordination in all aspects of production. As a member of the Pasco team the Production Supervisor will be a partner in the Operations Division. The Production Supervisor’s role is to maintain a high level of productivity and continuous improvement with their assigned shift in the areas of safety, reliability, cost savings, team building and personnel management.
