PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to further strengthen our Production department.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be directly supervise and coordinate daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining production schedules, optimizing performance, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:

• Oversee daily operations of the production plant, ensuring production schedules are met
• Assign tasks to production staff and monitor their performance
• Coordinate with Engineers to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment reliability
