Production Supervisor

**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Supervise the production process and personnel to improve the elaboration of the Product
- Organization of direct personnel in work areas according to production requirements, based on the skills of associates.
- Authorize ballots and requisitions of material and tools
- Keep the attendance record of direct staff and coordinate overtime
- Authorize permits (departures, absenteeism, vacations, nursing passes)
- Conduct performance evaluations of associates
- Bring compliance with internal regulations and safety rules
- Fill out maintenance work orders and request service when needed
- Coordinate activities outside of production such as: rework, cleaning, maintenance.
- Periodically hold communication meetings with associated personnel.
- Make necessary decisions to try to meet production requirements
- Carry out constant tours of the production areas
