Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a Production Assistant group to ensure they perform routine job assignments efficiently.
• Manage Production Assistants to load and unload customers' product in accordance with quality specifications.
• Execute general movements of goods around the site.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation at all times.
• Report any abnormality of customer product to the immediate supervisor.
• Manage warehouse racking and storage by maximizing the available space and ensuring all batches to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified.
• Execute any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
• Ensure the utilization of machine at maximum efficiency as per planned.
• Attend to machine breakdown during night shift for any minor stoppage and report to on‑call duty technician for further action.
