Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent
- Basic supervisory skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
High communication and presentation skills.
- Mentally and physically fit
- Strong personality to handle and lead subordinates in their respective KPI.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastic injection molding operation with secondary process (printing)
Advantage of having experience in programmable robots and other production automation
