Production Supervisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Leader on assembly/manufacturing lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve company objectives through strategy and teamwork

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Lead, assure, and maintain an environment in compliance with the Health and Safety standards.

- Responsible to generate and follow up Risk Assessment and lead Risk mitigation.

- Responsible of secure the indicators by means of the BSC (Qro) SMR (Jrz). 

- Responsible of Meet Index Rates objectives and generate contention and solution.

- Responsible of the compliance of safety rules. 

- Responsible of Gemba's and 5S'S audit 

- Accountable to generate a Safety environment promoting best safety practices. 

- Responsible of assure that all Safety procedures are follow on his/her areas.

Generate and maintain a work environment consistent with the BRP culture.
