Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly.
• Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
• Proactively identify problem areas and organize support for manufacturing with root cause analysis and process improvement that supports a lean environment.
• Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically +/- .005 tolerance.
• Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Provide reports as necessary to appropriate staff.
• Observe and learn Ascentec procedures and documentation.
• Monitor and check all machine productivity & efficiency.
• Supervise overall production run with proper updates.
