Production Supervisor Shift A & B

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for shift A that will be responsible for supervising the production processes and the fulfillment of the key performance indicators of the operation by managing staff on the floor and coordinating resources. Your duties include assigning employees to production stations, monitoring production levels at different points in the production process, and developing workplace policies. Ensures compliance with good manufacturing and quality practices, provides constant coaching and feedback to ensure compliance with standards. You will facilitate a healthy environment, ensuring that the team live by the principles and values of the company.
