Production Supervisor - Shift B

The Production Supervisor at our Cartago, Costa Rica facility is a key leader responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality output, safe working conditions, and efficient use of resources. This role manages a team of technical assistants and line leaders, coordinating production activities while driving continuous improvement to enhance utilization and efficiency.

Acting as the primary link between the production floor and management, the Production Supervisor monitors schedules, resolves issues promptly, and maintains alignment across departments such as procurement, maintenance, quality, and engineering. Success in this position requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, implement effective solutions, and foster a culture of teamwork, training, and operational excellence.
