A local company specialising in artisanal gifts with a precision engineering environment, is seeking a responsible Production Supervisor to assist in the management of the production process. Flexi-Work arrangements are available.

Job Description

• Determine which efficient production processes is to be used at each step.

• Obtain specifications of the product to identify best use of resources for production.

• Estimate the use of resources and inventory in accordance with the production process and the organisation's procedures

• Identify any potential problems with the production pre-emptively and pro-actively, so as to conserve and optimise resources

• Record data on the usage of resources in accordance with the organisation's requirements

• Implement and integrate efficiency improvement plans

• Monitor the improvement plans to evaluate its effectiveness

Job Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience working in a supervisory role in the manufacturing sector.

• Candidates with experience in a precision engineering setting is highly valued.
