Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a UK leading Upvc window and door manufacturer based in Stoke on Trent, who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise a team of fabricators on the day shift.

The right candidate with have recent / current experience as a Production Supervisor/ Team Leader / Senior Fabricator within the upvc window and door industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
  • Implement behavioural safety and standard operating procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
  • Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
  • Train and supervise production staff

    • The Candidate:

  • Have a background within the upvc window and door fabrication
  • Previous experience as a production supervisor / team leader
  • Be able to manage and motivate a team
