Production Supervisor - Third Shift

Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of production workers in processing materials and manufacturing products. The Production Supervisor interacts with Sanitation, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Operations staff to insure the production of products meeting quality standards in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages activities directly related to the daily business and department needs; develops, analyzes, and delivers simple to complex information to direct reports
• Provide immediate supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules
• Mentors and leads production associates
• Ensure associates are trained for and compliant with all applicable operations
